HOW TO MAKE PANI PURI  😍                     





Ingredients

  • 1 cup white Vatani
  • 1 cup Bombay Rava
  • 3 teaspoons Wheat flour
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 potatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • Tamarind
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Black salt
  • Half lemon juice
  • Red chili powder
  • Roasted and powdered cumin powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Pepper powder
  • Chopped onions
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Soak 1 cup of white Vatani in water for 4 hours
  2. Soak 1 cup of Bombay Rava in water for 4 hours
  3. Add 3 teaspoons of Wheat flour
  4. Add a pinch of baking soda
  5. Add a pinch of salt and mix it
  6. Add water and mix it well
  7. Put a wet cloth on top and keep it aside for 10 minutes
  8. Boil 3 potatoes in 1 cup of water for 3 whistles
  9. Add the soaked Vatani to the boiled potatoes and boil for 4 whistles
  10. Mix the dough well and make a ball size dough and make it round
  11. Add oil on the floor and roll it
  12. Cut the dough with a round vessel
  13. Put a wet cloth on top and keep it aside
  14. Deep fry the puris in hot oil
  15. Take tamarind juice and filter it in a bowl
  16. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, salt, half lemon juice in a blender and grind it to a fine paste
  17. Add water and grind it to a fine paste
  18. Filter the paste if needed
  19. Take it in a mixing bowl and add 2 glasses of water, tamarind juice, red chili powder, roasted and powdered cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, pepper powder and mix well
  20. Mash 3 boiled potatoes and add boiled white peas, chopped onions, coriander leaves, roasted and powdered cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well
  21. Stuff the masala in the puri and add chopped onions and dip in the water
